The Widespan Structural System provides the practicality of a rigid frame combined with almost unlimited design flexibility to meet your needs.

Clearspan framing systems allow for maximum use of interior space which is particularly important in manufacturing plants, warehouses, offices and retail stores where uninterrupted space is required. Clearspan frame buildings come in widths of 30' or larger, available in 6" increments.

Modular framing systems, on the other hand, are specially designed for large buildings such as manufacturing plants, warehouses, truck terminals and retail stores, using a minimum of interior columns. Modular frame buildings are available in widths of 60' to 300' with interior modules from 20' to 80'.

WX framing systems provide additional space for extensions or expansions. WX frames are avialable in widths up to 60'.

Butler Wall Systems provide a variety of attractive and economical options for both exterior and interior walls.

You can choose from smooth, ribbed or stucco appearances and because these wall systems work in tandem with Butler structural systems, design flexibility is almost limitless!

Butler offers the following Wall Systems:

  • Butlerib II - This basic covering for Butler buildings is available in lengths up to 40
     feet, reducing erection costs.
  • StylWall II Flat - Rigid insulation board factory-laminated to the interior surface,
     provides added rigidity and increased thermal efficiency.
  • StylWall II Fluted - This system offers a special interlocking joint design that allows
     panels to easily lock into place.
  • Shadowall - This architecturally pleasing system requires fewer fasteners, lowering
     installation costs.
  • TextureWall - This factory-insulated metal wall system has a durable stucco-like
     appearance.
  • Butler Thermawall - Available in a fluted, fineline or flat exterior surface, this system
     includes factory-installed foam core insulation.
  • R-Steel - This endoskeleton of engineered, galvanized steel embedded in molded, expanded polystyrene insulation
     eliminates thermal bridging associated with most light-gauge steel construction.
  • Flat StylWall II with Texture-Cote - This is a finish system providing a non-metal appearance on the Flat StylWall and
     TextureWall wall systems.

Butler Roof Systems protect more equipment, inventories and personnel against the elements than any other system of its kind.

Butler offers the following Roof Systems:

  • Butlerib II - Economical to install and maintain, this is the
     best through-fastened roof system in the industry.
  • CMR-24 - This system uses an interior sheet liner
     that protects the insulation and gives the building interior a
     finished look.
  • MR-24 - With over two billion square feet in place worldwide,
     the MR-24 roof system is the most specified standing seam
     roof on the market. It is specifically designed to
     accommodate roof movement, has an exclusive Pittsburgh
     double-lock seam and a 20 year warranty!
  • Reroof/Retrofit - By their very nature, most built-up roof
     systems ultimately leak, but Butler offers these two long-term solutions to roof problems.
  • VSR - This system is specifically designed for architectural applications. Fluted and non-fluted designs are available.
  • Snap-It - Snap-It is an easy to install, snap-together architectural standing seam metal roof system.
