Construction Management means you employ Anderson and Sons, Inc. as a consultant through the design and building process. This relationship gives you maximum participation in the process and, for certain types of projects, can be the lowest-cost approach.

Design-build means you'll give Anderson and Sons, Inc. total design and construction responsibilities. This relationship relieves you of most coordination responsibilities and can often be the fastest, most cost-effective way to complete your project.

Cost-plus is often chosen for fast-track projects and in other
situations when the scope of the work is difficult to pre-determine,
but speed of completion is critical.

Meet some of the people behind the successful track record of Anderson and Sons, Inc.

Tim V. Anderson, President
Tim has been with Anderson and Sons, Inc. since 1973, and is responsible for sales of pre-fabricated buildings, grain handling and concrete projects.

Tim received his B.S. degree in Agricultural Education from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. He is a member of the Oakland-Craig School Board, Lions Club and Church Council. His hobbies include golfing, gardening, cycling, camping and antique cars.

Tim and his wife, Debbie, have two sons, Aaron and Seth, and a daughter, Amanda.

Calvin R. Anderson, Vice-President
Cal's area of expertise is Grain Handling Design and Sales. He has been with Anderson and Sons, Inc. since 1973.

Cal was born and raised on a farm, and earned his degree from Milford Technical College in Electronics Communication.

Cal is an avid Husker fan, and has played and coached baseball at all levels for many years. He also enjoys golfing, fishing, traveling and spending time with his wife, Sara, and children, Nathan, Adam and Tara.

Paul Anderson, Sales and Job-Site Supervisor
Paul started with Anderson & Sons, Inc. in the late 1970's while in high school. He is responsible for sales and erection of pre-engineered post frame buildings and all types of concrete work, including colored and stamped concrete projects. Paul has attended many seminars and classes related to the construction field throughout the years.

Paul enjoys golfing, working in his yard and spending time with his wife Anna, and two sons, Andrew & Alex.
